NANCY WIEGERS GREENWALD, Esq. (ng@nancygreenwald.com) Nancy Greenwald brings more than 40 years of experience as a lawyer and business executive to her commercial and construction arbitration and mediation practice, with deep experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution and as the general counsel and CFO of a design-build construction company that she helped found. A fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, Ms. Greenwald serves as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association's Commercial, Construction, and Energy Panels as well as its Mediation Panels and has been appointed as a neutral by numerous private clients and courts. She is active in many of the major construction industry groups, including the ABA Forum on Construction. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School (cum laude) 1981. She serves as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial and construction disputes. She also has an active practice in mediating discovery disputes.
Ms. Greenwald is a frequent speaker, teacher, and writer, with numerous publications in dispute systems design, negotiation, arbitration, and complex construction contracts. She has served on the Executive and Leadership Council of the American Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Section and was a co-author of the Section's submission to the ABA Future of Legal Services Commission.
Ms. Greenwald is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Virginia.
